I need to remove "Read more", "Smiles"...

Sometimes i need to remove "Add video", "Add audio".

And I don't need picture resizing.

How can I do this?

And... when a user uploads an artice, he may notice three default buttons below the editor: Image; Pagebreak; Readmore. Is it possible to hide or remove them?

PS This editor is great for front end users but perhaps needs some instruments to adjust uesers restrictions.

About the buttons under the editor - it is Joomla! plugins, they can be torned off from plugin manager, in administrator panel. They names: Editor Button - Image, Editor Button - Pagebreak, Editor Button - Readmore.

Набор кнопок в редакторе можно корректировать путем редактирования файла idoeditor.php, а именно строк:

По поводу кнопок, которые находятся под редактором. К IDoEditor они отношения никакого не имеют, т.к. это плагины для Joomla! Они отключаются в менеджере плагинов, в админ-панеле. Называются: Кнопка редактора - Изображение, Кнопка редактора - Разрыв страницы, Кнопка редактора - Подробнее.

    Course adding new buttons and functionality possible, because IDoEditor it is TinyMCE son =), but we are want to make veeeeeery simple editor, that will be understandable for all user, even that havn't any strong skills. Those, that already knows some about web formating, can use html mode, or use shortcut keys, such as ctrl+1 (H1), ctrl+2 (H2), that available in TinyMCE.
    
    Your request about several fields can't be realised in the simple way, because Joomla! content haven't same structure for storing data by this method. Course we can make it, but it is very hard. Most of part, that you are discribe can be realised with help of already available plugins for Joomla! Take a look in extentions catalog. For example, picture in the article: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/photos-a-images/articles-images

      Well, then let it be. But it were great for webmasters if there were such a simply adjustable editor as IdoEditor with additional functions which could be added or removed. I tested many editors and the main advantage of IdoEditor for me was its clear procedure of uploading images. The other advantage is in possibility of removing of some buttons. Well, I just want to keep thinking that there will be a highly customisible editor for front-users which will sutisfy every webmaster.

I need these buttons: text-style superscript, text-style bubscript,
text styles such as Paragraph, Heading h1, h2, h3..., and a button to create
simple tables.
Is it possible to add these buttons?
I looked through tinymce.php file - it has another structure, different from
idoeditor.php

For me with possibility to make text color and style and make a space for picture, this editor can be perfect.
I don't know if this project is under development again, i wait ido for joomla 1.6.
